We are currently building a data analytics platform for an international vault, gold and wealth group, designed to bring together information from across multiple systems and turn it into practical business intelligence.
The platform connects previously separated data sources and uses AI-enabled analytics to identify opportunities such as cross-selling, customer segmentation, behavioural trends, dormant accounts and gaps between products or services already used by existing clients.
Instead of relying on manual exports or separate reporting processes, teams can work from a more unified view of the business and surface insights that would otherwise be difficult or time-consuming to identify.
The platform is being designed around controlled, read-only access to approved data and queries, using technologies such as MCP to securely connect AI capabilities to existing systems. As the platform develops, we are expanding the range of analytics, commercial use cases and reporting capabilities available to the business.

01 · Process efficiency
Every business has one: the register filled in by hand, the export re-keyed into another system, the check somebody does every morning because the software will not. We find that job and take it out of the day. The panel is a clock-in API doing exactly that: a face scan replaces the paper register, and the answer is back before a pen would be.

02 · Workflow automation
Most businesses do not need new software so much as a way to get what they already own to work as one flow. A request comes in, becomes a ticket, and is assigned, tracked and closed without sitting forgotten in somebody's inbox in between. We write the joins and the rules: documented, versioned, and boring in the way that matters: it keeps working when nobody is watching it.

An analytics platform should not need a report builder or a training course. An MCP connector lets an assistant reach into your systems safely: someone asks a question the way they would say it out loud, and the answer comes back from live data. It runs over a fixed set of queries you approved, read only, so nothing can be written back and no number is invented.

04 · AI enablement
Most businesses do not need a model of their own. They need the assistant their team already uses to see the business safely: a fixed set of questions it may ask, read only access, nothing that can send, spend or delete, and an answer that comes from live data instead of a guess.
We work out where it genuinely saves time, wire it to your systems through that approved list, and train the people who will use it. Everything it touches is something you agreed to first, and you can take any of it back without us.

Written by hand, fast, and mobile first. No page builder to renew, no database to keep alive, no admin login to lose. Swapping a photograph is dropping a file in place of the old one, so the site can follow a season or a new range without being rebuilt.
